Demam...

Assalammualaikum,

Begitu cepat masa berlalu..sedar tak sedar lagi 2 bulan je nak masuk tahun baru..blog pun dah lama tak berupdate..tak ada mood..daripada cuti deepavali hari tu aku dah tak sihat..demam, batuk dan selsema..hari khamis tak kerja..tak larat..jumaat masuk ofis jumpa doktor..BP semua ok..sabtu pun flat juga..plan nak pergi beli hadiah lala tak jadi..memang aku tak larat..dah lama tak demam so sekali demam memang melepek..rumah weekend lepas memang tak berkemas..

Malam minggu tu kawan aku Suraya buat kenduri aqiqah untuk anak buah dia..ikutkan hati malas tapi dah janji pergi jgk la..no picture taken..kenduri meriah mcm orang kahwin..makan pun tak berapa selera walaupun sedap..

Ahad semalam celebrate bday lala kat rumah dia...everything went smoothly even tho it was raining in the evening..and again no picture taken..

Hari ni badan rasa ok sikit tapi batuk belum lagi hilang..takut jgk bila batuk ni mengganggu ofismate...tekak teringin nak makan asam pedas tapi yg mak aku buat..kena tunggu weekend ni la bila mak balik nak sambut raya haji..mak tu pun tak brape sihat sakit lutut..ye la umur pun dah 60 lebih kan..jaga pulak cucu 3 orang yg boleh tahan perangai...(nasib baik comel)..

Lain-lain tak ada apa yang menarik..opps..ada lagi satu..mlm tadi our friend dah book tiket pergi Kuching..insyallah bulan December ni berangkat la aku ke Kuching..1st time ni g holiday without family..

ok tu je la kot cerita penutup untuk bulan ni...

Tengok live band @ Shangrila

Last week, my ex schoolmate called ajak join tengok live band. The singer was our senior masa kat sekolah dulu. So after husband gave permission berangkatlah aku ke sana...sambil berhibur tu sempat jgk la menyambut bday si umi ni...belated birthday ni sebenarnya..overall memang enjoy mlm tu..Thanks to along belanja kitorang mlm tu..Abang Nizam and the band performance was awsome and one of the song is a new song from Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera...

                             

p/s - The girls are planning trip to Kuching in December..am really looking forward..

Budak tersepit di escalator KL Sentral

Assalammualaikum, it's been a week I haven't update my blog..tak de apa perkara yg menarik berlaku pun..husband came back form outstation last week and bought us a few pieces of clothes..thanks abang..

Petang semalam balik ofis seperti biasa aku tunggu husband kat KL Sentral..tiba-tiba masa nak turun tangga tu aku nampak ramai orang berkerumun dekat kawasan tangga sebelah(arah ke/dari Kelana Jaya)..ingat kan escalotar rosak ke sbb tu ramai orang..tak sedap hati aku pergi menyibuk..dicelah-celah orang ramai tu aku nampak ada beberapa org sedang duduk di atas escalator..tnya budak dpn aku " ada apa dik"? Budak tu balas ada " budak kecil kaki dia tersepit kak.."

Ya allah..itu je yg mampu aku ucap...tnya lagi kat org2 disitu "mak budak tu mana"?? "tuuu" diorang tunjuk.maknya sedang memujuk anak kecil dia yg menangis  yg mungkin dalam umur bawah setahun..aku nampak ada beberapa orang sedang mengipas-ngipas anak malang tu..aku tak dengar suara budak tu..mungkin pengsan kot aku pun tak tahu..para petugas KL Rapid sibuk menyuruh kami beredar dari situ..

 Kasihan sungguh pada anak malang tu..tak tau apa yg berlaku lps tu..tapi masa aku nak balik tu takde pulak aku nampak bomba atau pun ambulan datang..mungkin on the way kot..time tu pun hujan lebat..jalan jammed..terus aku call adik aku, ijan cerita apa yg berlaku sambil tu suruh dia berhati-hati...ye la kan budak2 ni kalau kita bwk diorang berjalan kat shopping complex memang suka..tak sabar-sabar nak naik escalator tu sendiri..kalau boleh tangan tu tak nak dipegang..

Aku adalah ambil gambar tempat kejadian tapi tak nampak la anak malang tu..

   

Aku ada google kisah apa yg membuatkan  budak-budak boleh tersepit kat escalator ni..katanya kalau pakai kasut crocs tu senang nak tersepit... susah nak cakap..benda kalau nak jadi ni bukannya kita dapat menduga..

Try jgk cari news ni dln newspaper tapi tak jumpa..harapan aku tak ada apa la yg berlaku pada kaki anak malang itu...

So the cake yg i bake tu bagi 2 budak comel kat bwh ni potong..izaz n lala...izaz birthday to be exact was on 10/10 and Lala will be 2 years old on 24/10/2011..to both of them mama and mami doa kan semuga menjadi anak yg berguna dan taat kepada perintah allah swt...i love you two so much..

Moist Chocolate Cake

Assalammualaikum,

It's already Thursday..husband is away for a few days...as a today things are pretty buzy in the office with submission of esos...ye la kan sp setia nak take over by PNB so all their staffs buzy nak excersise the esos...

Anyway i baked this cake last Saturday..dapat resepi ni dari blog bisousatoi... i'm impress of how she bakes all the cakes..i wish i can be like her so tak pyh dtg ofis hari-hari..buat biz cake pulak...ya ya berangan la kau.. i c n p the resepi ye...

I double up the recepi..the original mcm kat bwh ni..

1 cup cake flour( i used self raising flour)

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup caster sugar

2 large eggs

125g unsalted butter(i used buttercup je)

1 tsp vanilla essence

Chocolate Paste

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp instant coffee

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup hot water

1/4 cup evaporated/ / fresh milk

Pinch of salt

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Grease a 5" x 8" loaf pan and line the bottm with baking paper.

2. Chocolate Paste: Combine cocoa powder, instant coffee, sugar, hot water and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk the mixture until the sugar is melted, the add in milk and mix well. Set aside for later use..( u could also double boil till mixture turn glossy bef adding milk)

3. Sift together flour with baking powder for 2 - 3 times. Set aside.

4. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add in vanilla essence, and eggs one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy.

5. Fold in sifted flour in batches, alternate with choc paste. Start with flour and end with flour.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Chocolate Ganache

1. 200 ml whipping cream
2. 250gm chocolate dicincang halus
3. Sedkit garam -

Double boil  whipping jgn sampai mendidih, tambah coklat & sedikit garam..kacat rata..bila semua sudah cair tuangkan ke atas kek..kalau pandai hias..mcm aku tak pandai deco ni..jd mcm kat atas tu..

Dome at KLCC

Assalammmualaikum,

Last Sunday kat KLCC..actually nak pergi KLCC ni sebab nak pergi Maxis, masa nak pergi tu dah nak dekat time dinner, after made a few suggestion, we had our dinner here..dah tak suka la makan kat sini..its not because of food..food sedap tapi service..when you pay for an expensive food of course u need a good service right? Maybe time aku pergi tu staff dia dah kepenatan so service pun mcm acuh tak acuh je...ikutkan aku nak je bangun pergi mkn kat tempat lain..but knowing my husband yg nak merokok and he likes to seat outside so ikut je la...

After 30 years...

Assalammualaikum,

Wow it's already October. My how fast time flies. Last Saturday on 1st October 2011, i attended my primary school reunion for year 1981-1982 held at Cours Hotel. We planned the event via facebook. Eventhough some of them were unable to attend but we had a wonderful moment that day. It was fund and joy when we flashback some of the memories back to shcooldays. For example they used to make fun of my everyday hairclip but now I am different..look pleasent(they said la)..everybody look different..

Eventhough we had not seen each other for a long time but we were really frank and open and reach to comfortable level between each other. Maybe because we were always in FB.

We were really had a good time with lots of laugh, lots of gossips and stories..feel like we were young again..really kecoh la..
