RIVER VIEW SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

Assalammualaikum,

Earth Hour.... have you switch off your lights? I did it for 15 minutes only...still I'm saving the earth from global warming.

Last week, my brother, Firdaus treated us dinner and on my husband suggestion we had it at Kuala Selangor. The journey from my home to the place took about 50 minutes using new highway, LATA.

We reached the restaurant at 9.15 pm and it was really packed. However, the supervisor managed to open one table for us just next to the entrance. At first, my brother feels uneasy because it was a chinese restaurant but after seen few Malays inside the restaurant he gave us a thumps up sign...hehehe ( we are still in the car looking for parking).

We had ordered Red Snapper Nyonya Steam (signature dish), soft crab in salted egg, fried calamari, deep fried garoupa, butter prawn, dried chili crayfish and baby kailan. All dishes were very tasty and with rice, a jug of fruit juice and plain water, it only cost us RM189-00.

The restaurant located at Pasir Penampang Kuala Selangor. From Kuala Selangor town after the bridge turn left after the 1st traffic light and left again until the end of the road. There are two seafood restaurant (next to each other) Restauran Makanan Laut and River View Seafood (which always had more patrons).

While waiting to be served. Normal thing in modern world, people busy with their mobile and gadget. In years ahead we might have no direct conversation between human if no awareness...

After dinner, we went to nearby shops selling dried seafood. The price is okay I guess as I never shopped groceries at petty traders before.

Thank you to Firdaus for the treat although it was only below 1% from the B thing....To Shikin....Bila eh.. 

  

Caca 1st birthday celebration..

Hari tu celebrate birtday Caca. Instead of her birtday on 12th March, the party was held on 16th March. Only small gathering amongst family members.. the birthday cake pun made by birthday girls' mom..the cupcake look ordinary not like done by pro but the taste was mervellous..lps ni kalau ada bday party lagi memang buat sendiri la...bajet la kononnya..

My mom cooked pulut kuning, chicken rendang and desert called "tepung talam" and me settled for baked macaroni..and satay from Satay Sri Melaka..

Dah setahun umur dia..

12hb March, genap  setahuh umur caca..how time has flonwn..nama Izzraina Aryssa..biasa la suka panggil nama sependek yg mungkin..Insyaalllah, Sabtu ni celebrate birthday dia..

Naik tangga turun feveret dia ni..jenuh la mak aku hadang kerusi kat tangga..tapi dpt jgk dia naik..pagar ada tapi tak pasang pulak..tengok tu mak aku tengah mengawasi..bukan apa kang jatuh..tangga rmh mummy berlubang..

To caca, mummy sayang sgt dengan kamu..how amazing you're already One, what a preciuos person you've become.

Ada apa di Garut?

Gambar-gambar di bawah ni di ambil semasa on the way nak ke Garut. Bila masa aku kesini? pergi sini masa cuti Hari Wilayah yg lepas. Dah selalu sgt ke Bandong tak nak shopping je kan..Tangkuban Perahu pun dah pergi, so we decided to go Garut..orang cakap Garut ni sgt terkenal dgn hasil kulit dan harga yg ditawarkan adalah murah.

Garut is a town in the West Java province of Indonesia and is the capital of the Garut Regency. It is located about 75 km to the southeast of the major city of Bandung.

Sebelum ke Garut, kita singgah dulu beli Tahu Sumedang yg banyak dijual sepanjang jalan..

Stylo kan perempuan yg jual tahu ni...

Beginilah tempat isi tahu ni..dalam bekas buluh..ingatkan di bagi la kicap untuk cicah rupanya tidak...dibaginya beberapa biji cili api untuk dimakan bersama..rasanya..hemmm..biasa la tauhu goreng mana ada rasakan..tawar je la...

Kereta kuda bersepah-sepah kat tempat ni..salah satu jenis pengangkutan..

ok..ni la Garut..sepanjang kedai jual barang kulit..kalau korang tau nak beli apa ok la datang sini..kasut, document bag, wallet, purse, handbag, topi, jacket mcm2 lagi la dr kulit..tapi tak membeli pun..

 

Bergaya dengan salah satu sample long jacket..kalau mcm ni dlm 3 juta rupiah..kena ambik ukuran.

Disebabkan hari tu hari Jumaat kedai ditutup awal..so kitorang gerak balik ke Bandong..singgah minum dulu kat tepi jalan tu..hsuband sempat makan durian..dapat la kita tengok pemandangan desa pulau jawa ni..cantik dan sejuk mata memandang..dengan sawah padi yg ditanam berbukit-bukit..gambar takde la...

Sampai Bandong dah petang terus kebulur cari makanan..trip kali ni sgt menjimaktkan sbbnya makan sehari selai je kat luar..mcm bfast dah mkn kat apartment..mlm tu dinner kat Hanamasa..sedap..terbayang-bayang kuil lopis dia...gula merah sgt pekat...nanti ada masa letak gambar...

Oh ya..ada tragedi berlaku..sebelum pergi makan singgah kat Heritage nak ambil baju2  adik aku yg tertinggal kat sana..baju tu semua hasil borong dari Lavie hari sebelum tu...sampai sana pergi kat counter titip barang tu dan tnya la pasal baju2 tu semua..mlm sebelum tu dah called sbb sampai apartment je baru perasan tertinggal beg..ok staff Heritage cakap diorang akan simpan...tapi bila tanya budak yg jaga tu dia tak tau..kena call office tanya.. kelam kabut sbb budak yg ckp nak simpan tu dah balik..risau jgk tak dpt..ye la baju-baju bernilai 2 juta rupiah tu bersamaa rm700 duit kita...bayangkan kalau tak dpt balik..alhamdulillah dpt semula..baru la adik aku ijan lega dan terus rasa lapar..pendek kata semua org lega la..hehehe.. sblum tu makan pun dah tak ingat...

p/s -dah byk kali pergi pun still best Bandong ni..orang lain aku tak tau la..
