Trip to JB - 2nd day @ Legoland

Assalammualaikum,

Continue our trip to Legoland on 2nd day.

After breakfast, we started our journey to Legoland. Everybody were so anxious to go there. However, we were kind of worried as we had not seen any Legoland signboard after almost half an hour journey. My husband just drove headed to Nusajaya.

The first Legoland signboard was only seen at Iskandariah. It really makes us relief. The authority should place more Legoland signboard as early as from JB city (we were not using GPS).

Tu dia Legoland..

There are a very huge open parking space at Legoland. The parking area to main entrance is quite far and adviseable to bring along an umbrella for rain and hot sun.

Husband at ticket counter. Many visitors even though it was Friday.

Legoland Main Entrance. Its a must to take take photo at the entrance.

Under construction Legoland hotel can be seen in the photo. The hotel is expected to be completed in 2014.

The few shops just after the main entrance. We rented stroller for Lala here at the cost RM20.

Yeay..Lala in the stroller.

Sleepy old man from lego. You can hear the snor.

Photo of Mini Lnd from far distance..

The cristmas tree also made from lego..

The first ride near the entrance. They qeued alomost one hour for this ride. I have to lokk after Lala and Caca..so I unable to joint them.. :-)

Models from lego. The place is called Mini Land. The models is based on cities and famous structures in the world such as Borobodur Temple, Taj Mahal, KLCC. KL Tower, KLIA, Dataran Merdeka, city of JB etc. Some items are really moving here.

KLIA

After completed half round tour, everybody were hungry and tired. We headed straight to the nearby restaurant.
While waiting our food..

The food and beverage here are quite expensive but consider it worth when you're on holiday.

After lunch, we continue scalling the area.

Taj Mahal

Boating school.

Muaz and Izaz went for driving class.

My husband and daughter took all the rides. The biggest ride is called The Dragon but my husband said the ride is not so scary compared to the smaller ride before.

Lost Kingdom

The last ride for my husband, soraya and waty. The place is called Dino Land.

The most popular ride here is Legoland Express but the queue was very long that day. The staff there informed that during weekend the queue will reach for 2 - 3 hours.

Around 6.45 we just called it a day, everybody were tired to continue further. We gave it a pass to several places such a Lost Kingdom, Observation Tower.

My personal view is Legoland can bring all the excitement to their visitores and I don't see anything that the existence is a failure as many people says(due its location near from USS).

The really good thing about Legoland is all the staffs is our local citizen and I don't see any foreign workers there even work as cleaner.

Last advice, do not forget your umbrella when leaving Legoland (we lost our umbrella there) sob sob..just kidding..tak nangis pun..

I noticed not only the kids enjoyed, but my husband also enjoyed himself that day but the next day he caught a fever..pity him..

Overall, a trip to Legoland is a very enjoyable and it was a worth going trip. The trip also close my 2012 travel window.
p/s- another 22 days more to go:-)
